All deposits are denominated in MYR unless a cryptocurrency channel is used, in which case the MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at time of deposit confirmation will be credited to the Member's wallet. OsoSlot does not charge platform-side processing fees on deposits; standard network fees may apply on cryptocurrency transactions.
Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Deposit page and vary by payment method. Deposits from payment methods not registered in the Member's name are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund witholding pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit by the same account holder. This measure exists to prevent money laundering and protect Member funds. OsoSlot reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to any withdrawal request, particularly where the deposit and withdrawal methods differ or where withdrawal amounts are unusually large.

The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). All balances, bonus amounts, and withdrawal limits are expressed in MYR. Where cryptocurrency deposits are involved, the MYR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing rate moment of deposit confirmation and is not subject to subsequent adjustment for exchange rate fluctuations.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on OsoSlot are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to these general Terms. Members are advised to read all applicable bonus terms and conditions before claiming any offer.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover requirements) which must be met before any bonus-derived funds or winings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., x15 means the bonus amount must be wagered fifteen times in total). Specific wagering multiples are stated per promotion.
While bonus funds are active in a Member's account, a maximum single-bet limit applies — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500, as specified per promotion. Placing bets in excess of the maximum bet restriction while bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Different game categories contribute at different rates towards meeting wagering requirements. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100%; table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10%–20%; other game types may contribute at varying rates as specified per promotion. Bets placed on games with a0% contribution rate do not count towards wagering requirements.
All bonuses are subject to an expiry period from the date of activation, typically seven (7), fourteen (14), or thirty (30) days as specified per promotion. Any bonus balance and associated requirements that have not been completed by the expiry date will be voided automatically without compensation.
OsoSlot reserves the right to withold, void, or reverse any bonus, free spin credit, or associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; participating in low-risk or zero-risk wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value; collusion between accounts; and any other conduct that OsoSlot reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotional offer.
All games available on OsoSlot are governed by the specific game rules displayed within each game interface. Members are required to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before participating. In the event of any discrepancy between a game's in-interface display and OsoSlot's records, OsoSlot's server records shall be considered authoritative.
OsoSlot does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any particular game or feature. Scheduled maintenance windows, third-party studio outages, or technical issues may temporarily affect game availability. No compensation shall be payable for temporary unavailability.
In the event of a malfunction or technical error during a game round — whether caused by a software bug, server failure, or connectivity issue — OsoSlot reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Member's wallet. Any purported winings derived from a technical malfunction are void and will not be paid.
OsoSlot's sports betting markets are governed by specific sports betting rules available within the Sports section of the Platform. These include rules for pre-match betting, in-play wagering, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL matches, UFC events, and other covered markets. Members should review sport-specific settlement rules before placing wagers.

Where OsoSlot determines that a Member has engaged in any prohibited conduct, OsoSlot reserves the right to: immediately suspend the account without prior notice; withold or forfeit all balances; share relevant data with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and payment providers where required; and pursue legal action for damages where applicable.
All content on the OsoSlot platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and the OsoSlot brand name — is the property of OsoSlot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to scraping, crawling, indexing, mirroring, or otherwise extracting data from the Platform by automated or manual means.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OsoSlot, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Member's use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winings; technical failures; connectivity interruptions; reliance on inaccurate odds or game information; or the actions of third-party payment providers.
OsoSlot's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds held in the Member's account at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit OsoSlot's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by OsoSlot's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Members may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting OsoSlot via live chat or email. Members who do not accept any amendment are entitled to close their account and withdraw any remaining eligible balance before the amendment's effective date. OsoSlot will not apply amended bonus terms retroactively to promotions already claimed prior to the amendment date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which OsoSlot holds its operating licence. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, alternative dispute resolution pathways may be available as indicated by OsoSlot's licensing conditions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or alternative dispute resolution shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable to OsoSlot's operating jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.
